How do I know the amount I should put on the gift certificate?

As you can see from our Pricing page, it is hard to guess the cost of a repair, or even to know for sure if a dent can be fixed.  Therefore, it is best to have us estimate the cost of repair and get the gift certificate made out for this amount.  To make this easier, we have several options:

Online Estimate - submit for an estimate online using our Free Quote form and digital pictures of the Dent(s) you want removed for Christmas. 

Mobile estimate - call us for a mobile estimate at your convenience.

While it is best to have us estimate the cost of a specific dent to be repaired, you can also get gift certificates for whatever amount you desire.  The gift certificate can then be used towards the cost of any dent repair that needs to be done, including clean-up and push-to-paint as well as standard dents.  Standard amounts for this might range from $50 to $150.

How do I get my gift certificate?

You can arrange to have one delivered in-person, or we can send it via either email or regular mail to you or directly to the recipient.

How do they redeem the gift certificate?

It's easy!  They just call us at (505) 507-1545 to arrange for an appointment.  When they come in, they present us with the gift certificate as payment in full (for estimates done) or partial payment (for set amounts). 

If for some reason the intended recipient decides not to pursue their dent repair, the gift certificate can be signed over to another recipient to be used as a partial payment (set amount) towards their repairs.

Restrictions

Gift certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.  They are transferrable by signing over to a new recipient.  They are good for 1 year from the purchase date.
